"Julio handled the sale of my apartment very competently, professionally, and very much on time, considering that I live out of state. "I highly recommend Julio. We started working with Julio from out of state at the beginning of 2021. Without knowing each other, he started working with us from out of the state. He informed me and educated me on all HOA, CDD and house tax issues. He was really very patient with us, he sent me photos and we did FaceTime to see the houses from a distance.
